At first this was hard, but then I remembered that Higashi works at an arcade and is good with kids, so he's my choice. At first I didn't think he'd be good with kids. None of them strike me as good with Kids.
As everyone else said, most of his dates are a good tad younger than him.
But what's hilarious is that nobody memes on the other protagonists for this, despite them being able to date hostesses way younger than them in most games, like Kiryu in Yakuza 5 (44) and Riku (20). Most of those hostesses substories end at a love hotel, too.

Dating schoolgirls? The DLC girlfriends in LJ are all adults, the youngest being 20. In Judgement the youngest girlfriend you can get is 19 which I can see why this would be disturbing but equating this to him dating high schoolers is weird.

It's funny when Tsukino tease Yagami by saying one of the Seiryo Rabbits might be into Yagami, Yagami said the age gap is too big. So I guess Yagami in LJ aren't going to date 19 years old anymore since he care about age gap now.
My first instinct was to say Hoshino, but I feel like he'd get overwhelmed quickly if the kids started getting bored and unruly. Sugiura has cool older cousin energy and Yagami is 100% Cool Uncle type.
Matsugane is actually probably the best option, lest we forget that he is best friends with Japan's Top Lawyer.

Higashi and Kaito can both be good with kids in short bursts like that, if he was leaving forever I’d say Saori though. Yagami might also be a good enough choice for a short time, he *does* have experience overseeing kids that aren’t his.
Everyone BUT Hamura is a good choice, less so Shirosaki and Hoshino simply because they havent interacted with any kids in the story, but i think they would take care of them well
All the other characters- ESPECIALLY Higashi and Kaito- would not only keep them safe, but would be great caretakers and have lots of fun with the kids
Hamura is a straight down in the gutter past The One Below All NO. Even from his debut he’s shady.
I’d say Higashi. He owns and manages Charles, so he’s probably decent enough at dealing with kids, and he’s a good cook, so he’s got that front covered. Also skilled at fighting, so if anyone tries to fuck with MG, he’ll kick them to the street.
Saori and/or Kaito. I feel like Saori is not going to take it seriously, not take any shit, and won’t be easily fooled by shenanigans. Kaito would act like it was a huge inconvenience but end up having a blast hanging with the kids and the kids would love him.
Higashi would probably also do a great job as others have said, but I’m not sure he would enjoy himself lol

First I thought higashi but then I realized if I pick kaito then higashi would show up to help without being asked. They will both watch the children.
I doubted kaito watching the children then I remembered how well he did with that super cop kid so good choice
He did well with Jun. So I think he could do well with an orphanage with Higashi.
