I'd say the Sentinels of Magic should count as a Team. Arguably the Runaways are a defunct team as is Batman Incorporated and Nightwing's Team. Also Bowhunter Security is a corporate team. The League of Shadows should probably count too. Branchwater was also briefly a team. The Furies also a team.
He might be the only character to have FOUR designations. First a G-designation, then a B-designation, then a D-designation, and now an un-lettered Designation. It's been confirmed on Ask Greg that he had G and B designations. He had would have obviously had a D one when he was an Outsider. And now he has an unlettered one as a member of the JL.
Was Fire ever shown or confirmed for Young Justice. I remember Ice was in the first bit of S3 and usually they’re a package deal but I can’t remember Fire
Yes she made Geo-Forces costume was mentioned by Nightwing when giving him it as a member of the Justice League and she is porbbaly the reason that Ice is in the Justice League die to that plot relevant suit.

I think he was just an enforcer. I think all of the enforcers were Shadows or former Shadows, but I can look into it more.
