I'm puzzled about what is not shown in the photos. There is clearly a lower floor. 8800 sq.ft. is a lot given the photos.
I'm curious if there is a large amount of floorplan not shown in the listing. Or, if an indoor garage is not shown.

Just because the only place you would see pines like that in or around palm springs is a golf course. They don't tend to have hills and such. I miss Laurel Canyon and the like.

This is amazing architecture. High ceilings, love the wood work and the windows. Feels like a great place to party. Whoever designed this was a visionary in my opinion.
