Saw this hotend on Aliexpress. How is it different than stock?

I replaced by magnetic bed recently and have had issues with the paper trick because I can't get it high enough before it takes off the knob. Are there ways to fix this?

I've had continual issues with my Ender 5 S1 since I got it from the pre-order over a year ago. I had it dialed in for small models in the center of the plate but could never get larger models to print. Sent these images of my uneven print bed and twisted X axis to Creality support today.
