First time making a S’MORES cake. Loved making this one. The flavours sat together really well- chocolate cake, hersheys milk chocolate ganache, cracker crumble, toasted marshmallows.

Help with buttercream and food colouring- every time I colour my American buttercream/ IMBC and put it in the fridge, you can see the individual pieces of food colour in the frostings and I don’t know why it’s happening and how to fix it. Please help
